Entretien
Initial HR screening call, followed by interview with two people. I did not hear back after first round, so assumed I did not get through. Follow up email requesting update ignored.
All interviewers friendly and made me feel at ease. Interviews more like a conversation, easy going atmosphere. There were no curve ball questions, the process seemed like a genuine attempt to get to know candidates.

Question 1

-- How do you deal with pressure?
-- How to turnaround a project item that is falling behind?
-- What do you do in your spare time to relax?

Applied through Linkedin.
Had an interview with a director of delivery and a director of product who has no hands on product experience, but rather worked in finance and transitioned to product leadership.
The questions asked were vague at best and showed a lack of basic product understanding. "What is your favourite product framework?" is a good example, and is the equivalent of asking a developer "what is the best programming languages".
"How do you take a product from ideation to release?" Is a question that can be discussed for days.
Trying to ask clarifying questions in order to get better context resulted in exasperation, and skipping to the next question.
Due to the breadth of the subjects and the lack of time we couldn't really discuss anything, but I suspect that they lack the required product knowledge to accomplish that.
