Initially I received and filled out a questionnaire from the company about different work and workplace attributes. Later, I was brought onsite for an interview with an HR team member, two managers, and a senior team member from the target department. This was an hour to an hour and a half of detailed questions on my resume, experience, work ethic, and alignment with the company.

Describe your experience at this job, and how did you personally contribute
One step interview process, very casual almost no technical questions. Just explained my experience and went through my resume with them. They spent most of the time talking and explaining the position. Then had a question and answer session. All around 2 hours long.
