Sent my resume in and I had one phone call with a recruiter that was set up really quickly. Second part of interview was in person and you shadow a session and have to be active in it.

Entretien
I got a call for my interview and arrived on time, but no one was at the front desk, which I understand because they were working with their first child. The person I interviewed was great to talk with, and she showed me around the facility; this is a new center that is open in Asheville. I thought the interview went great,I do not know why I was not hired; I did not get a reason.

It started off with a phone call interview from a recruiter to see if you were a good fit for the position. Then shortly after she set me up with an interview at the actual branch. They claimed it was going to be more of a behavioral approach interview, but it was more laid back than that. Then I got 20 mins to job shadow.
