I received a "practical exam" consisting of 4 problems to solve. A week later the recruiting specialist set me up with a Hangouts interview with the COO. By the questions asked of me, it looked like he was more interested in how to setup his IT himself rather than hiring someone. He did not ask one question about me, instead he was asking questions like what do you use for this? What do you use for that? How do you do this? Even asked me how do I spell a piece of software and looked it up during the interview. I think this practice is despicable and if this was a serious company, they should just hire a consultant if they have questions.
