Interview process took about 3 months while waiting for responses. Had three rounds of interviews - first one with recruiter, second one with three senior designers, and the last one with the CMO. After the second interview, I was given a project to redesign a package and create a sticker sheet. Then after I met with the CMO, I waited about three weeks, followed up at least twice, then finally was sent a generic email that they moved onto other candidates. Huge waste of time and very unprofessional.

I also applied through a staffing agency. Got lost driving in the woods (was new to the area), I was about an 45min late. Not the best first impression, but they still agreed to see me. I was very thankful for that. Interviewed by a male director, went through my portfolio, liked my work, asked a few questions and was offered the position on the spot. I later saw that 95% of employees were attractive females.
