1 hour interview. The team was very friendly and professional. Something I really appreciate was how easy the conversation went. It was great to discuss not only the strengths of this position, but to highlight the difficulties as well.

One zoom interview, fairly standard and straightforward questions. One of the people on the call was a current CRC that was leaving the position to attend medical school. Overall nice experience. However, they told me that they'd contact me one week later with final decisions and ghosted me. Never replied to any of my attempts to get an answer either.
