It was the only moment I actually saw what they say "we are friendly and we love what we do, we deliver 5 star service and take care of our staff". Well, that's like many things in life, just the first impression, the superficial part. The interview was a teaching of how to set up tables and carrying trays.

Apply online, fill information about yourself and your previous experience, attach your CV and photo to the application
Take your CV and passport, ID documents to the interview. It's very casual, sitting in small groups around a table they will introduce you to the basics of waitressing, carrying a tray etc. The interview is mainly about them showing you some skills and information about health and safety. They are pretty much willing to take on staff with any level of experience and it is not a daunting interview. At the end of the group session there was no official job offer they simply just signed you up on their database and started to offer you shifts!

I got invited to an interview which was just like a small lecture with other candidates we were asked to bring documents and then at the end of the talk we were individually asked when we could start and that was it
