I had two phone calls. Questions were a mix of behaviorals and technicals. Know your WMTYR and why you want to do restructuring. Was told to expect a follow for next steps potentially an inperson interview but Covid happened.

Standard interview questions, background, employment history, followed by a timed standard math test, discussed availability. Discussed company expectations and standards. Failed to disclose the nature of turnover and budget constraints.

Entretien
Three rounds (each time with more senior people), followed by a modelling test (paper LBO). Sometimes the test can be after round two. Process took a long time (off-cycle) - but HR was good at communicating steps.
