It's been approximately 10 1/2 year since anyone has interviewed me however I've interviewed, at least 4 to 6 applicants, a month at WFI International. I'm the first person a candidate interviews and if they pass all the testing that we've implemented then they will follow the process which is the department manager interviews. If everyone agrees on a particular candidate they are returned to my office and I go over the background check that must be made and also go over their physical and drug screen protocols. We must wait until all the results are given to me and they are all free and clear.

You are screened by a recruiter and then the hiring manager will select those they are interested interviewing. You are then invited to be interviewed by panel of managers and by peers.
