I received a panel interview with coworkers and then meet with direct managers afterwards. It took about 3 weeks afterwards to receive an offer, then you have a employee health meeting where you get drug & nicotine tested. (FYI, This is not a panel drug test, make sure you are CLEAN. It goes to lab corp). Interview questions are pretty basic but make sure to have examples of past experiences.
