Screened by recruiter, then met with hiring manager and rest of the team. The process took about 3 weeks until job offer and it went really smoothly. The onboarding process was pleasant as well.

Applied online and received a phone call roughly an hour later inviting me to an interview. Interview was set for 2 days later. I met with the director of the department as well as a social worker. We discussed my qualifications and relevant experience, they asked a few questions, and then allowed time at the end for questions from me. Both interviewers were super friendly and conversational. I received an offer the next day.
