Thorough but quick. Group interview, then STAR behavioral interview followed by a in person face to face with sales managers and regional managers. Just be yourself and ask for the Job.

it was a phone interview, then met with the Sales Director.. I got feedback from the recruiter and he scores you based on your interview. He score me above average... Granted I have a good resume and sent over referrence from senior leadership without them asking, its really important how you answer the questions... then I had 1 final round which was a discovery call, you get a second chance to see how you handle feedback... I was able to perfect the initial role and close her. She told the recruiter 1 in 1000 interviews that she doesnt require a 2nd try. tbh it wasnt hard at all, I just used my knowlege of the software and my sales acumen.
