I interviewed with the owner of the company, worked my way from Night Auditor to Asst. General Manager, I then got to meet all of the other employees and got a walk through of the hotel. I also was shown the computer system that they were using and then set up for a call back.

it was short I walked in filled out the application because I know the person I got the job.I've managed hotel before, and have my CHA I was helping them out.
