I had a two stage interview process that was arranged through a recruiter. Both interviews had a Partner present. Questions were focussed on prior experience and situational scenarios. It was a very positive experience.

Two interviews with the Partners on the team and head of Department. Partners were very friendly and spoke in detail about previous experience, asked for examples of various scenarios. They were very open to discussing their own experiences with the firm and why they had joined the team. The whole process took around 1 month.
