The recruiter cold called for a phone screen. We spoke for about 20 minutes. He later scheduled a Google Meeting with the Sr. HR Manager and Head of HR (who did not attend). The Sr. HRG presented as very burnt out. I followed up two days after the interview, but never got a response. Completely ghosted me.
