It was really lengthy, seems like they didn't really know what they were looking for so there were a lot of back and forth. The entire process took half a year.

During the final stage of the interview process they asked a rather personal question about my relationship.
Screen interview was simple USE STAR method when approaching your experience. This allows them to see ur consultant background. I am still in the process if interviewing so would gladly update the org on my progress moving forward.
Initially I was reached out to via a text interview with simple questions to answer via text messages. All questions were simply one sentence questions. I was asked 4-5 questions and was not given a time frame or expiration time to answer the questions within.

Are you Interested and available to work on call and off hours when needed?
Standard interview process. Applied online, and a few weeks to offer. No room for negotiation but pay was slightly less than market average. I accepted for the opportunity, and benefits that helped to offset pay.
