Got this position through a temp service called Conduent. Training pay is $13hr and after training pay is $16hr. Not sure of how long it will take to get permanent with the company. The interview was through the temp service.

I applied for the position online. A recruiter contacted me via text and asked to have a short phone interview. After speaking with her she set up a interview with humans via zoom. They were very pleasant and informational.

First they send you an email where you go through a slide show and online testing. Then I received a phone interview where they asked very basic questions. They require an 8 week training period. Unfortunately due to an already scheduled vacation, I believe that excluded me. Call center role.
