My interview was in 3 parts:
1. HR phone screen
2. Video conference with team
3. Video conference with hiring manager
Was several weeks between steps, and took another 4+ weeks to hear a final decision on the position. Was a long drawn out process. Humana sounds like a bureaucratic nightmare to work for.
