Completed a Virtual Screening first, followed by an interview with the hiring manager. Very Professional. I then did a second-round interview, again with the hiring manager, their manager, and a peer of the hiring manager. All were very professional. Mostly STAR-method behavioral questions and questions about my resume. About two weeks later, the hiring manager notified me that they were hiring someone else. However, I was asked to interview for a higher-level role! I accepted. I then interviewed with the hiring manager of the higher-level role (who was on the earlier interview). It was mostly to go over the role and answer my questions. I was then asked to do a second- round interview for that role. That interview invite included the hiring manager, the hiring manager from the original role, their manager (who was also on the second interview for the first job), and a peer of the hiring manager. Although this was a different role, I felt having all the same people on the second round was over doing it. Why not just interview with the one person who hasn't met me yet? I was willing to do an interview, but got a job offer elsewhere beforehand and withdrew my application. Summary: Everyone was very professional, communicated clearly, and treated me with respect. Recommend applying to this company.
