Although applied for the position early a November, my interviews were not until later January. There were three rounds of virtual interviews scheduled all in one day. I had about a week and a half notice prior to the interviews. Then I also was given a redlining contract skills test to complete over a few days. The interviewers were nice but not everyone turned on their camera, so it felt impersonal at times.

I was invited to do an automated voice interview. The prompts were horrible and I missed answering the first question. Interestingly, the hiring manager didn’t know I had done the automated interview and hired me anyway. I was passed from one contact to another. One person for the interview another for the offer and a third to work on the onboarding process.
