The interviewing process for this position at Humana was very friendly and was more of a conversation. They do use the S.A.R (Situation, Action, Result) Method of interviewing, so be prepared to have thorough detailed answers. I was interviewed by two people virtually and they took turns asking the questions. It was actually enjoyable and even if I don't get the job it was a great practice.

Fairly Easy I enjoyed the interview process at first I was nervous but once my first question was asked it was smooth and relaxing the questions were not difficult to answer

I applied for a position with Humana 3 times. All three I was denied for lack of experience. When I have over 8 years experience in customer service. They might not actually job opening right now. Despite them constantly updating and posting jobs on career sites. Just save yourself the time and not apply.
Great it was easy and informative I learned a lot more about the company . They asked some star interview questions , they also asked me about myself and work experience
