I was contacted by an internal recruiter and after that I had a zoom call with the hiring manager. After that I had 3 panel interviews with 2 people each. The panels ranged from program managers, SW engineers on the team and also some other managers in the company. After the panel interviews I had a zoom call with the head of SW also. I've done a lot of interviews and the recruiter was exceptional. He provided lot of info, gave me a heads up on what to expect during the panel interviews and kept me updated with where things were in the in process. Also, I had some questions about the company and an on-site lunch with the manager and some other engineers was setup. The one con was that they would not talk about the device they are making which I have never encountered before. The company is not only excited about what the device they are making but also the culture. There was a lot of talk about the culture and I really saw this during the interview process where I didn't feel like just prospect they were trying to higher. They do support a hybrid work model but the office is in SF and ultimately I wanted to spend more than the minimum days in the office and just couldn't deal with the commute.
