Thorough interview process, had to go into the we work office for a face to face, had a 2 stage and a presentation to conduct, wasn't too difficult and no major grilling
Interview process was fine
However poor follow up.
And also should ask permission or inform the candidates before clicking the record button
All of a sudden in the middle of the interview they started recording the conversation .
