Show up, and sit through two (midless) interviews. If you're intelligent enough to not mess yourself or drool too much during the first interview, they give you a second interview. This one is a little more serious, but far from tough. I knew I had the job prior to leaving the interview.

The hiring process went well. There were maybe 7 questions total, but mostly explaining about my experience and what I would do with an upset customer.

What's your top three reasons for wanting to work for us?
Apply online, wait for the call from the store and then participate in an interview with the human resources manager. Wait for second call and have a drug test. Wait for third call and start at the position.
