Applied online, phone interview, then interview in person followed by drug test. HR person was kind of disorganized, returned my call two weeks after initial phone interview. He was very friendly though, and the interview was easy to chat with him.

Entretien
A manager referred me to the position, the store director said he had been waiting for me to contact him. I still had to complete the application online, seemed long and designed for a high school student. A day or two after the online application I had my interview. They knew me as a customer and were familiar with my work knowledge thanks to the referring manager. In my interview I was honest about the reason I wanted to work for them - I needed the money, was familiar with the store and lived nearby. When asked how long I thought I would stay I was honest about that too - I cant afford to stay once I have my degree. Apparently they were either desperate or they liked my honesty.
