The interview process was very professional. They will give you your scheduled time of interview and they do it as it was scheduled.
They will inform you if ever there will be some changes on your scheduled interview time via text messages, email and skype.
The interviewer was very polite and he/she will assist you if you're having some connectivity issues during the interview.

Entretien
So simple and very easy. Some questions are tricky however if you're determine to the job you can have it. As a newbie you need to review and do a quick re search how BPO industry is then think and if you want this kind of job. If you're ready now and firm with yaa decision then aim for it and pass the interview.

Just filled out the application form. Answered three questions,like, "why do you want to work with the company?", "how long have you worked in the BPO industy" and "how can you apply your work experience in taking calls with the company".
