The interview itself was a nice conversation with some interior design team members. I could tell that they cared about their work and were very talented designers. It was a typical interview with some basic questions and a walk-through of my portfolio. The negative experience was not due to a lack of a job offer, but a lack of communication from the recruiter. I had to follow up many times to confirm the interview time and was completely ghosted post-interview after multiple follow-ups (again). It would be better to receive a quick rejection instead of being left hanging.

Standard Interview process, asked about portfolio and past job experience as well as their projects. They made sure that you had looked at that specific locations portfolio and local projects, not just as the global company.
