Later the same day i received an email from Ibex saying my interview was successful and i should return with some listed documents a week later to start onboarding process for training.

Normally starts with a pre-screening from recruiting. Just basically confirming what's on your resume. The interview was pretty easy - strengths, weaknesses, how to assign tasks etc. They also ask how do you handle conflict and motivate your team which are standard questions for any leadership role.
