The Interviewer was one of the Senior Principal in the company who does all the hiring. It was a one hour interview in their board rooms. One on one interview at first and then the project manager joined in and I was introduced to him and was asked questions regarding my resume...The Senior Director was a very Good Interviewer, Empathetic and Compost..He asked questions about current whereabouts in school and career. He was smiling and not so uptight, very down to earth with his experiences too and humble with his projects and title or education and skills.It felt more like just a one on one discussion about my career, personality, and how I could be happy in the firm where they encourage diversity, personal responsibility, and development.

1) Submit your application through their portal 2) heard back within a week. Spoke with a talent manager over the phone for 30 minutes 3) moved on to the second stage which was a zoom interview with a project manager and associate. 4) received an offer after 4 days

Entretien
Principal and Senior Architect attended the interview. Question were very standard as presenting portfolio and talk about projects . Later they had more specific questions about skills and qualification. Late they explained company organization and they workflow. It's very intense and fast pace.

HR from IBI reached out to me initially, during the interview the interviewer asked for my previous work materials and resume/portfolio, generally a casual and easy interview. After the 1 round of interview, I got the offer.
