Had an initial phone screen, got an interview set up for the next week. Interviewed one on one with a higher up which included a short paper writing editing test. About one hour total.
Was called back that same day to set up another interview for the following week with two other team members. The second interview concluded with a Word document editing test and a short writing sample test. The second interview was about an hour and a half.
Three weeks later was told they were no longer hiring for this position due to contracting issues, but was told to stay in touch.
The interview process was professional from day 1.
