Virtual meeting first and after one on the site. Person on site did not seemed like they know what they are doing. Very low impression of clinical skills. Very superficial questions, the vast majority are not clinical.

Asked about experience and CEUs, and mostly logistics of hours and commute
I had a phone screen with the Director to talk through the job basics - it was very quick, 10-15 minutes. I had an in-person interview with the Director and another therapist. They asked me questions about my experience with different populations, treatment approaches, and a lot about my approach to collaboration and conflict with other professionals. It seems like ability to collaborate is the most important skill.
