1. Technical discussion : Medium level technical questions along with programs to write.
Program is about split & get values from text file string
2. Online Test : Codility test you need to appear. Linked list & other programs
3. Managerial Discussion : It's all about projects work on highlevel technical discussion
4. HR Discussion : About your expectations
HR Process is very worst.
I have shared all the information in initial discussion with Recruiter & they said that they want immediate join who can join in 2weeks. To complete interview process it takes 2 to 3 days. After completing the interview process they say that they need to get approval from management. Here Actual headache starts I don't understand what HR team does they keep on say that they are trying to get approval from management. whatever they ask the 2weeks of immediate join completes in this phase. Finally after 2weeks of time if candidate follow up(Remember they don't follow up or care about candidate) they say that we are not comfortable with expectation. Total it's time waste for the technical team, management team & for the candidate because of waste HR team.
I request to HR team, please don't waste the candidate & management time.

It was a great technical interview, I was not under pressure, they wanted to help me in every way, like in a real team. I was happy with this approach.

Pathetic Interview Experience. Never join this company. They had 3 rounds. Whole interview process took like 1 month. Then after multiple followups, they shared Offer Letter. I resigned from my current Organization, and 5 days before Date of Joining, was informed by ICF HR, that this position is not active now (due to business reasons). My Background Verification was also completed. I urge people to boycott this organization, and share this message with everyone, such that noone has to go through this fiasco again.
