I was requested for a phone screen. While the position had 150k per annum as the upper band of the salary, the recruiter told me that this was actually 105k per annum. This, to me, was extremely misleading, and a wastage of time for me. I would recommend that the job positions online reflect the ACTUAL compensation ICF wants to offer
