Interview process was relatively simple for the most part. 2 virtual and one on-site. Everyone was very nice and it seemed like a great place to work for, however it was discovered during the q&a portion after demoing a solution at my onsite that the problem they asked me to solve for was one they currently experienced which was a somewhat of a red flag to me personally.
