Phone call with director. Most of questions are behavior so it's not so difficult to answer. they focus more on your personality and team work skills. And communication and writing skill is important. I had two phone calls, one with director and another one with manager.
It was very relaxed and conversational. HR woman was around 20 something. Seemed to be looking more for people with a heavier background in finance for their IR team which makes sense. Had a few coffee chats. Decisions, so I've been told, depend on what each team needs (how many interns)

Pretty easy, the recruitment process was long but worth it in the end. There was a 15 minutes phone interview and it was not intimidating at all. The interviewer was nice.
