1. Recruiter pre-screened candidate. 2. Candidate has first round interview with hiring manager, including background, sense on why choosing IDC, knowledge of the relevant tech market, experience dealing with analytics, ambitions. 3. Offline test analyzing earning transcripts and estimating revenue 4. Candidate receives multiple excel files, has to build a power point and present key recommendations for 15 minutes + QA in front of 3x senior IDCers (last round)
