I was selected for the phone interview. After that I Wasnt selected for final interview. Took about a week to let know that they had moved with another candidate. Phone interview was about 5-10 mins. With about 3-4 questiosn. The main one i remember was “what does culture mean to you”

Was asked to perform a small lesson with the leader of TA, principal, and assistant principal. I wasn't so nervous since I had practice days before. One question I remember was how do I respond back to feedback. I responded back by saying I see it as more room for growth.
