First, I did a phone interview. Then, I completed an interview with the principal of the school over Skype. It included general interview questions, then a sample lesson that I prepared before the interview. He gave feedback, and then I tried again.

Lots of questions were asked about the various aspects of teaching which shows the level of concern they have for all facets of education. I felt they really pressed to see if you shared the same views as them, one person in the interview made it clear they didn't agree with me and almost lectured me on why my thoughts on it were incorrect.
Interview included a 5 minute sample of your lesson which is a great idea for teacher interviews since they need to know you can actually make a lesson. However, they stopped you during the sample to say things they wanted changed without looking at the whole lesson plan provided for them.
It wasn't the best interview I have ever been a part of, it gave me the feeling they would be very controlling of the way I ran my classroom and instructed the material, even though I am an experienced teacher with a successful past.
Biggest negative though....I NEVER HEARD ANYTHING BACK. Not a "yes" or a "no". I find this very unprofessional on their part.
