Followed the questions I found online. They were courteous and straightforward. They provided appropriate wait time for thinking and probing questions that provided them with information about you, but you with their methodologies and expectations.

After I applied, they asked me to do a video interview with just myself. The questions felt generic and not very specific to the position. I'm not sure if I bombed it and I'm out, or if they're taking their time. This position isn't until Fall 2021, and so they're starting early???

Something about how I embody the mission of IDEA, whether I understood that the position was face to face, describe a time when you had a negative impact on a colleague. They gave me prep time to think of an answer, so I think I did well, but who knows???
