Very Pathetic Experience as once i got a call from the HR person who is third party and even i tried to convinced him for scheduling my interview on Weekend he asked me to made it on week days so Thus was confirmed then i had taken half day from my current company and went for interviw in Noida Office. I waited on reception 2 long hours and i was alone for test manager role then a person came and i requested him that i have to go to my current office also but shocked with his response that "you could leave today and we will schedule your interview on saturday" but i could not waste my another day and agreed that i would wait then finaly he brought me to one meeting room of another tower in same office where a person came who totaly not looked like a senior member who should take interview for manager role and it was like a insult for 10 year person whom he asked to write test cases on notice board for a scenarios.Person was not looking comfortable with his knowledge about testing concept and gaving negative looks.
