I had three rounds of interviews in total, first one was more of an introduction, then I met two of the people I would work directly with and last one was with one of the directors. We went through my portfolio twice and discussed my previous experiences, my potential role in the company and the company structure. The whole process was quite long but everyone I met was very friendly and gave me honest feedback as to why I didn’t get the job in the end, which I was grateful for.
