The interview felt extremely laid-back, with two friendly interviewers who made the whole experience comfortable. They even took the time to give me a full tour of the place, which helped me get a better feel for the environment and made everything feel even more relaxed and welcoming.

The process was fine. The interview includes technical questions. The lab itself was disgusting and messy. Everything was sticky and boxes were piled. The manager looked unwashed and unprofessional. He wore track pants and a tshirt, and his hair was greasy.

Quick and informal, more of a process to get a personality profile. Some knowledge is required to be successful in the position but not absolutely required. The good thing is that applicable education isn't so much required so long as the person is a go-getter
