Wish there was one proper interview process. Initially someone from their HR dept called up to know about prior experience, then fixed up a final interview with one of their top boss. The entire process was held over phone.

In caps because the person on the other side of the phone was visibly irritated to take the interview and was literally shouting,
"WHY DID YOU APPLY FOR THIS POSITION. . . BECAUSE YOU SAW INTERNATIONAL SALES IN THE JD THAT'S WHY? "
