Call with an Indian HR team who asked a set of standardised questions from a script then with a Luxembourg ops team - the process was fairly simple and didn’t take long at all
The hiring process takes around 2 weeks. The process starts with HR round, then there’s manager round with the manager and the director. After that you have to wait for the Final call.

Entretien
Recruiting is outsourced to India. Had 3 over-the-phone interviews. Had to answer the same questions and send the same documentation multiple times, to my chagrin. Once I got to the final stage of an in-person interview, the atmosphere was much better and it was clear that my future coworkers were going to be a fun bunch to work with.
