J'ai postulé via la recommandation d'un employé. Le processus a pris 2 mois. J'ai passé un entretien chez IFF (Union Beach, NJ) en mars 2014
Entretien
After an employee referral (Feb. 2014), I had a phone interview with a hiring manager and my future boss. After that, he asked to email him my publications. Two weeks after that, I interviewed 1-on-1 with 5 people. After another two weeks, I was invited to come back for a second interview involving 1-on-1's with 5 people and a presentation of my work. After that, the hiring manager went to a conference to see if there were any other candidates - there were not. Then, in April, I had a phone interview with his boss. I was offered a job at the very end of April. This drawn-out process was due to my manager's old-school mentality and his glacial pace. It does not reflect IFF interviews in general.
