4 rounds, professional, friendly and good questions. Ask mostly general questions about previous role and why you want to change. Relatively quick less than a month process. First round HR, then the team, then a senior manager and final round with VP.

Each step of the interview took about thirty minutes and was based on case and product expertise. They test your understanding of your chosen department's business process by asking about current trends, product examples, and why you want to work for the organization.
