The interview was for a software engineer contracting position. It was a very casual discussion with some of the engineers on the team. No technical interview or live coding questions.

Describe your past experience and some of the recent projects on your resume. How do those projects showcase what you know and how is that relevant to this position?
Panel interview. Common linux OS questions. Programming C and C++ fundamentals. Multiple teams interviewed in the same round. HR got back to me within a week with an offer. Started within 3 weeks of offer.

2-3 interviews long 40 min plus. Depending on what countries you are going to work in.(US, Canada, Europe)
Most of HR do not know what are the qualifications required for the job so it makes the interview really hard.
