Three levels, exam, hr interview and manager interview. Basic english grammar is tested on the written exam plus a typing test is administered. I think they need 36 word per minute to pass the typing test. Communication and soft skills are then observed during the hr interview wherein one is asked generally what their future plans are, if they plan to go abroad soon etc. the manager interview is laid back although it probably depend on who interviews you.

Interviewer I had for a day time interview was very nice, initial interviews were the commonly asked ones. For my second interview, the interviewer was a bit sassy but either way that's how it goes. She asked me situational questions, reactions and what I would say, experiences from previous jobs and such. Finally we had a mock call and she gave me feedback.
