Screening round - 70% and above in 10th and 12th
First Round - Pymetric Test
50 out of 120 candidates were shortlisted for the second round.
Second Round - Online Test (2hr) Programming MCQ + 2 coding question
Around 15 were shortlisted for interview and finally 5 were selected.

The interviewer was very very nice. In total, I got 3 behavioral questions (under pressure delivery, recent news on the industry, and learn and teach process) for about 30 mins.

The process was good and not at all grilling. They really make you feel at ease. Panel consisted of one person and I had one interview only. The process was smooth and the complete process took a week.
