J'ai postulé via la recommandation d'un employé. Le processus a pris 3 jours. J'ai passé un entretien chez IHS Markit (London, ON) en janv. 2022

I applied through a referral, got the request for an initial interview with with the recruiting director.
After Initial Interview I was given a coding exercise on Code Pen and answer some basic questions.
The director did not provide any feedback on the coding assignment just sent the default rejection email template after the process.
The whole process took 3 days, it felt like the company does not care about your time and effort you put into completing their process.

Just like a couple of people said on here. You go through a technical phone screen and you are giving an open ended take home interview which was pretty easy. After you submit it, they ghost you not even if your solution works. At least reach out to the candidates who took their time to do it.
My guess is they are sending out mass take home to people and just pick whichever
J'ai postulé en personne. Le processus a pris 3 mois. J'ai passé un entretien chez IHS Markit (New Delhi) en avr. 2019

2 simple technical rounds. Got call from company HR. They called for face to face technical interview rounds. It's at their Noida location.
After interview HR will be in touch with candidate and will keep you awaiting for feedback and responses.
It's more than one month, but still not get any result/feedback.
